			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>GSP Regional SkyWarn will be operating on 146.610 MHz until further notice. We are working to resolve this situation as soon as possible. Thanks to BRARS for the use of their repeater as we work through repeater issues. Plans have been made for a new repeater and details will soon follow. 146.610 is operating at low power as they are having antenna issues. The to are working to resolve them. Please use relays or follow instructions for your ARES E.C. as they all have been advisde of the issue.</p>
